life in california

Moving back to the Bay Area for the summer has been quite nice, although I do miss a few people in Utah. I love spending time with my family and eating all this good food! I think my stomach has been pretty happy. My brother got me a marketing internship at NewPark mall through his friend who is the general manager, so that has kept me pretty busy. The rest of the time I spend hanging out with my family, mainly my nieces and nephews. My family spent the weekend in Lake Tahoe for Mother's Day. My aunts and uncle from Singapore, Taiwan, and China are here to visit and they love Lake Tahoe. It's kinda a family tradition. I went surfing last week with my sister-in-law at Cowell's beach in Santa Cruz. We didn't catch very many good waves, but we did get a work out by paddling for an hour and a half. It's been weird not dancing everyday, my body just wants to get up and move! It's hard to be motivated to work out. All I want to do is spend a few hours in the ballet studio, but what can I do...it's gotta end some day right?
